Working with Danella was an exceptional experience in both selling our current house and assisting in construction of our new home. She understands the market and developed a great plan to sell our previous home. For our new home, she was a trusted advisor during the construction process. Her understanding of the construction process was great when we needed a honest, candid sounding board to discuss issues with. She did a great job relaying our concerns to the builder's agent to allow us to address the variety of issues that come up during construction. \r\n\r\nI would highly recommend her to others. If I were to go through this experience again, I would definitely ask her to be part of the process with no hesitation.

A very positive experience both on the development of the plans for the new construction and the listing/sale of our existing home. We appreciated the fact that she was not pushy/overly aggressive in her approach, but at the same time - very helpful.

Danella went above and beyond as our sales associate. Always answered our calls promptly and always had the answers we needed. If we had the opportunity, we would definitely use her services again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Danella, she was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. You hear of how difficult and stressful it is to buy a house but Danella made the whole process a breeze. She never hesitated to call and she always made sure that we knew what we were doing before we signed anything.
